I cannot login to my Account?
You must be registered
to login. If you have already registered
and are not able to login to your account
please click on the link to request
that your password be sent to you. Your
password will be send to the email address
we have on record. If you still cannot
login for some reason please send us
a message with your name and address.
If you have not registered, please click
on the new registration link and register
to activate your email username and
password.

How do I enroll my practice in medical.handshake.com?
You have the ability
to create a practice with the registration
of a physician. Once you have registered,
you have the ability to modify your
practice information. You can add and
disassociate additional physicians with
your practice. Physicians in your practice
can register with their own accounts
and associate themselves with the practice
you create.

Can I use the same email to register
multiple physician accounts?
No, there must be a
unique email used for every physician
account registered on medical.handshake.com.

How do I create a practice record for
all of my practice’s physicians?
You need to register
and create the first account under the
name of one of the practice physicians
using their email as the username for
the account and use this account to
create a practice. Each physician in
the practice must create a new account
individually, or an office manager can
do it for him or her. Remember that
each physician must have a unique email
to register as his or her user name.

Can I use the same password more than
once?
Yes. The email usernames
must be unique for every physician account,
but passwords for each account can be
the same. This is helpful for office
managers managing the accounts for the
practice physicians.

How do I update my Practice Information?
To update your information
you need to login to your existing physician
account or register to create a new
physician account. Once you have logged
in you click on My Information and you
can update and edit your profile information,
including the practice information that
is associated with the physician account.

How do I change my Password?
To change your password
you need to login to your account. On
the primary information page you have
the ability to change your password.

I have a question about Requesting
Samples?
The medical.handshake.com
sample service is offered in conjunction
with eMedSample. If you are approved,
upon your request, the service delivers
samples to your office. If you have
a question about our sample services
